You will...
- Research and contribute to the acquisition of our M&A mandates
- Prepare and structure investment memos
- Create complex financial models for transaction purposes
- Be responsible for critical phases of the M&A process, including direct client contact and active participation in a due‑diligence process
- Evaluate key drivers in our core sectors and prepare industry/sector analyses
- Contribute meaningfully to the team with your personality and professional knowledge

- Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience (investment banking/transaction services/strategy consulting)
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Polish and English
