M&A Manager

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities

• M&A project management – leading end-to-end transaction processes, including sell-side, joint ventures and buy-side projects.
• Preparation of key transaction materials – drafting and reviewing term sheets, teasers, and information memoranda.
• Oversight of transaction documentation – managing the preparation and execution of all transaction documents.
• Negotiation leadership – leading negotiations of term sheets and transaction documents with counterparties.
• Advisory coordination – supervising external advisors, including legal, technical and financial advisory firms.
• Due-diligence management – overseeing and coordinating comprehensive due diligence processes.
• Financial oversight – supervising financial analyses and financial modelling activities related to transactions.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in M&A from investment banking, financial advisor, M&A boutique, investment fund, renewable energy developer or IPP.
• Experience from renewable energy or infrastructure sector is a must.
• Understanding of financial modelling, excel fluency.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
