CloudFerro is a provider of cloud data processing services . It provides and supports cloud computing for specialized markets, including the European space industry, climate research and science.

It has extensive experience in storing and processing large data sets, including multi-petabyte Earth observation satellite data repositories. CloudFerro solutions are used by leading companies and scientific institutions in Europe from various market sectors that process large data sets: European Space Agency (ESA), EUMETSAT, European Center for Medium-Range Forecasts (ECMWF), Mercator Ocean International, German Aerospace Agency (DLR), EGI and many others.

Due to our dynamic development, we are looking to join our team a:

M&A Analyst

What will be your tasks?

• Participation in M&A transactions related to the domestic and international development of the CloudFerro Group,
• preparing analyses on specific markets, competition and potential acquisition targets,
• internal processing of acquisition projects through preparation of investment documentation, including financial models,
• support in the coordination of due diligence processes and legal and tax structuring of transactions,
• support in post-transaction integration processes,
• participation in the implementation of corporate governance of part of the CloudFerro investment,
• participation in the building and implementation of the acquisition strategy in the Group.

We are expecting from you:

• very good ability to build financial models good command of English at a level that enables you to communicate freely both orally and in writing (min B2),
• very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word and Excel),
• very good analytical and interpersonal skills,
• independence, responsibility, reliability, very good organisation of work,
• positive attitude and commitment to the assigned tasks.

An additional advantage will be:

• experience in PE/VC funds, investment banking, M&A or strategic consultancy,
• knowledge of Power BI.
