We are looking for a Malay Speaking VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increasing their lifetime value.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Malay both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support / sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to details
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Search and find solutions for customers’ issues
- Analyze customers’ behaviour and maintain a personalised relationship with VIP clients to meet their needs
- Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour to evaluate bonus crediting
- Ensure that product compliance is followed according to relevant regulations
- Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
- Work hours must be during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)
