Mako Product Specialist

• Train surgeons on using the Mako robot to enhance surgical precision
• Provide expert support and assistance throughout the surgical process: pre-, during, and post-operation and make data-driven decisions during procedures
• Serve as a liaison to Stryker engineers, providing feedback for product enhancements
• Create detailed case reports to document surgical outcomes
• Resolve technical and product-related issues swiftly and effectively
• Manage and monitor inventory to ensure availability of necessary equipment
• Facilitate the procurement process by securing purchase orders
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to boost product utilization and account growth
