responsibilities :


  • Incident Management: Take charge of the full incident lifecycle, ensuring swift resolutions with minimal impact on business operations.
  • Proactive Problem Management: Identify and analyze recurring issues, and implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
  • Service Improvement: Continuously explore ways to improve processes and elevate service quality.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service

requirements-expected :


  • Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Business communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Previous experience in Incident Management would be huge asset
  • Proven experience in ITIL incident management
  • ITIL certification (preferred)
  • High level of availability as the engagements may take place in the afternoon and at night
