Maintenance Technician
We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. The role supports production processes by defining and following preventive and predictive maintenance instructions to achieve stable production with minimized downtime. The role works closely with production and engineering teams. The Automation Engineer portion involves work across two manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).
Key Tasks
- Support of automated assembly equipment and processes at manufacturing locations
- Support minimizing breakdown time by quickly eliminating stoppages root caused
- Create maintenance plan based on definition
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activity based on TPM plan
- Assure that maintenance plan is followed and updated
- Support analysis of breakdowns and update maintenance plan if applicable
- Support NPI team in implementation of new processes and improvement of existing processes
- Support H&S+E in preparation of H&S documentation
- Support development of automated assembly equipment to provide improved capacity, quality, yields and cost
Your Profile
- Technical background (electronics, automation or similar)
- Knowledge of TPM tools
- Ability to define maintenance instructions (preventive and predictive)
- Ability to read automatic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams
- Ability to define problem, root cause and effective corrective action implementation
- Proven ability to improve assembly processes
- Able to conceptualize assembly and automation methods and understand interactions between components, processes and product performance
- Experience in laser welding and laser soldering advantageous
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and through written reports in Polish and English
- Capable of working within a multi‑discipline team
