This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Performing planned and ongoing repairs and maintenance of industrial machines and equipment• Diagnosing and analyzing the causes of failures and machine downtimes• Ensuring the uninterrupted and efficient operation of production lines and machines• Obtaining offers for technical solutions and services• Collaborating with subcontractors on service and repair work• Working with suppliers of spare parts• Developing, optimizing, and implementing new solutions in the area of maintenance• Supervising the completeness of technical documentation after installation and modernization projects• Conducting preventive actions• Participating in machine acceptance tests

Qualifications for the role

• Technical education in the field of mechanics, mechatronics, or automation
• SEP (Polish Electrical Power) certification in the E category up to 1 kV
• Ability to diagnose and repair machines in the areas of mechanics, electro-automation, and practical problem-solving
• Computer skills (MS Office, email)
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Accuracy and reliability in task execution
• Responsibility and motivation to work
