Responsibility for maintaining and developing maintenance system in order to improve machine performance, reduce spare part costs and optimize spare parts inventory
Coordinating yearly and monthly maintenance plans with Production Planning Department for production lines and ensuring their realization in line with plans and within predetermined durations including outsourced maintenances
Ensuring electronical service / support delivery for production department
Leading projects in the field of maintenance, spare parts optimization and machinery technical improvement
Managing Spare Parts and external technical services budgets
Cooperation with the engineering department in the field of installation and acceptance of equipment and machinery
Managing and guiding the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly
Wymagania
University degree in Engineering or related science
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in production department
Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing maintenance activities
Profound knowledge of software applications, mainly MS Office
Knowledge of IWS, TPM and lean manufacturing
Specialized in IWS BDE and MP&S DMSs
Deep experience in IWS Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance Pillars
Knowledge of Failure Root Cause Analysis
Experience in the tobacco industry will be an additional advantage
Very good English (written & spoken)
Spirit of team work and flexibility to cooperate in a multinational environment
