Responsibilities

1. Oversee expenses, and forecast spare parts to ensure efficient resource allocation.
2. Manage subcontractors and vendors, securing necessary tools and equipment for specialized maintenance tasks.
3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures, including checklists and troubleshooting guidelines.
4. Lead emergency responses and optimize work order processes for smooth, effective operations.
5. Draft maintenance reports, review technical documentation, and continually seek improvements in productivity and cost efficiency.
6. Manage, coach and develop Maintenance team that meets objectives and which delivers best practice results and continuous improvement.
7. Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery.

Our Requirements

1. Min. 3 years of experience as a maintenance manager.
2. Higher technical or engineering education.
3. Develop preventive maintenance procedures and checklists.
4. Oversee the work order process for optimal efficiency.
5. Address emergencies and maintain performance under pressure.
6. Establish troubleshooting guidelines.
7. Understand the impact of maintenance strategy on operations and the organization.
8. Knowledge of CMMS or Asset Management in D365.
9. Knowledge of Maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE…).
10. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
11. Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain.
12. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
