The Position

By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Lead the management of Offshore Wind Farm service on base on commercial and technical contractual conditions.
  2. Deliver and continuously update Offshore Wind Farm Asset Maintenance Strategy in close collaboration with operations personnel.
  3. Create a Maintenance Management System that supports the windfarm’s needs for: equipment, systems, and structures in accordance with regulatory requirements and requirements for safe and efficient operation.
  4. Support implementation and utilization of the latest requirements, methods and tools for offshore wind turbines and Balance of Plant (BoP) infrastructure maintenance processes.
  5. Lead maintenance activities, based on risk-based failure management policy and other implemented methodologies.

  1. Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering subject.
  2. Experience gained in Wind Maintenance or Wind Operations management, or within a supervisory / team leader position in wind projects under operation.
  3. Proven experience of operations and maintenance service contracts’ management.
  4. Strong interest in renewable energy and new technologies.
  5. Sharp analytical mind.
  6. Hands on, responsible, structured and pay attention to detail without losing the big picture.
  7. Team player with a high level of integrity within international team.
  8. Fluency in Polish and English, both oral and written.
