Job Description - Maintenance Engineer for EOL - Area in Assembly Shop (internal recruitment) (MER0003H3O)

As a Technical Engineer in the E nd o f L ine area in Assembly, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, servicing, and further development of our Integra Standards in the Mercedes-Benz plant Jawor. In doing so, you will always observe regulatory framework conditions.
You will carry out system and application projects, including the creation of technical solution and optimization concepts.
You will assume overall responsibility for the prioritization and execution of automation projects and will be responsible for the standardization execution.
You will further develop work processes and optimize cooperation at the interfaces between process engineering, operations, and control technology.
In compliance with MBMPL regulations, you will ensure the work processes and thus ensure a high level of IT security.
As a mentor, you will support your colleagues in conveyor, Wheel-Alignment, Dyno, Combi-Filling, etc. in the use and application of new systems and in complex error analyses, break downs/ Trouble Shooting.
Higher technical education: MSc or Bachelor (preferably Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering).
Several years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of Assembly shop technologies such as Tightening, Electronic Controlled Tools, Gluing, Filling equipment, Dynamic Vehicle Testing Equipment, Wheel Alignment Equipment, Vehicle Electronic Checking Systems.
Knowledge of automotive environment including experience with Automation, Robots, PLC, Computer control systems.
Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, reliability.
Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.
Driving license B.
English enabling easy communication.
Ability to work in a team.
Readiness to travel abroad.
