Aufgaben

1. As part of the Body shop team, you will be responsible for conveyor technology, performing mechanical and electronic inspections, maintenance, and repairs to decoupling systems in our production and logistics areas as part of high-performance industrial Body shop production systems.
2. This includes the development of technological strategies and maintenance processes (SAP- I-Pro- System) of conveyor systems such as scissor-lifts, roller beds, main lifter, cross-conveyor, trunnions, sidewall buffer, etc., and specific Body shop handling device requirements.
3. You will support operational maintenance on site, e.g., as an expert in the event of technical breakdowns, lead a team of up to ten employees during maintenance assignments/troubleshooting, and be pragmatic and solution-oriented. The team consists of electrical and automation technicians.

Qualifikationen

1. Higher technical education: MSc or Bachelor (preferably in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering).
2. Several years of experience in a similar position.
3. Knowledge of body shop technologies such as spot welding, MIG welding, stud welding, laser welding, glue application, roll hemming, best fit, and in-line measurement systems.
4. Knowledge of the automotive environment including experience with automation, robots, PLC, and computer control systems.
5. Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, and reliability.
6. Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.
7. Driving license B.
8. English enabling easy communication.
9. Ability to work in a team.
10. Readiness to travel abroad.
