Your responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing improvements in the Cards area
  • Collaborating within agile team and ART
  • Working with various internal and external stakeholders
  • There are lot of opportunities to shape the position and title around a good and ambitious candidate. The role is based in Poland with possibility to visit and work hybrid in rotation. Our hybrid model in Poland requires to visit office once per week.

  • Have a proactive and a “can-do” attitude and are not afraid of taking ownership for driving tasks individually

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Are fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Mainframe Developer, with expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS and DB2
  • Experience with software development life cycle
  • Experience in Adabas and IMS is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial domain, preferably in consumer card services
  • Experience in Cards Domain or ATM flows is an advantage
  • Experience in compliance related requirements to scheme (Mastercard/Visa) or you are interested to quickly pick up this knowledge

  • Experience working in the financial industry or another similarly regulated industry
