Main Component Exchange Technician (MCE)

Your responsibilities

• Perform Main Component Exchanges (MCE) on wind turbines
• Prepare turbines, tools and lifting equipment for safe operations
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks after replacements
• Follow QHSE standards and maintain accurate technical documentation

Our requirements

• Valid A1 certificate (mandatory for Sweden and Finland)
• No outstanding tax liabilities (confirmation required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in turbine installations or component exchange
• ID06 card – required (must be obtained if not already held)
• English proficiency at a minimum B1 level
• Strong focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork
• F-tax certificate – nice to have

Join our service and installation team and take part in Main Component Exchanges (MCE) on onshore wind turbines.

You will be responsible for replacing key components such as blades, blade bearings, main shafts and gearboxes, ensuring safe and efficient execution of all tasks.

Your responsibilities will also include preparing turbines for component exchange and carrying out final quality walkdowns after completion of the work.
