Position: Machine Operator – Beverage Can Factory

Your Responsibilities:

Operate machines for can production Monitor production parameters and ensure quality standards Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machines (remove jams, make adjustments, replace parts) Maintain cleanliness and safety in your work area Collaborate effectively with your team and supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment Mechanical skills and hands-on experience with machine maintenance or repair Communicative level of English – necessary for daily work and recruitment interview Ability to work in a 4-shift rotation system (3 shifts) Willingness to relocate to Poland Team-oriented, communicative, respectful, hardworking, and reliable personality Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety and quality standards
