? Join Our Team as a Machine Learning Specialist / Data Scientist (Time Series Specialist)

Location: Hybrid – Krakow or Tel-Aviv / Remote-friendly

Were looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join our data science team and drive the development of advanced time series forecasting solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our forecasting models, from research and training to deployment and monitoring in production. If you have a passion for complex time series data and proven experience with modern ML & DL techniques, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Model Development: Build and optimize state-of-the-art forecasting models.
• Validation: Apply rigorous time series cross-validation and leakage prevention.
• Deployment: Containerize and integrate models into production environments.
• Monitoring: Implement drift detection and performance tracking systems.
• Data Pipeline Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to prepare and feature-engineer complex time series datasets.
• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on ML experience (focus on Time Series Forecasting).
• Strong proficiency in Python, LightGBM, and Neural Networks (Transformers/CNNs).
• Experience with walk-forward validation, drift monitoring, and model deployment.
• A creative and curious mindset - you enjoy experimenting with feature engineering, label design, and model architecture innovation to push predictive boundaries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain models to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MLOps - Hydra, Poetry, DVC, Docker, MLflow, TensorBoard.
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
