We are looking for a candidate to help us create a solution to increase cyber security in large corporations. The subject is developing an application written in microservices architecture, the main objective of which is to provide customers with the possibility of configuring groups/rules of access to various types of resources.
responsibilities :
Work collaboratively to convert business challenges into machine learning project objectives
Conduct exploratory analysis of raw data and engineered features to uncover underlying patterns and trends
Create prototypes of features and models, particularly using networking traffic and property-graph inputs
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including classification, clustering, and recommendation systems
Monitor and assess model performance, continuously improving accuracy and robustness
Investigate the potential impact of new AI/ML techniques (such as GraphRAGs, Multimodal AI, and AI Agents) on our products

The project treats problems in the network. The data source for Machine Learning specialists is network traffic, based on which network-related policies are adjusted.
Knowledge in the following areas is therefore essential:
Knowledge of IP ports + protocols and traffic patterns used by different app stacks
Networking QoS and traffic policy creation
NetFlow data statistical analysis and modeling
Cybersecurity Solutions
Qualifications:
Proven experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and experimental design
Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Practical experience in deploying and maintaining ML models at an industrial scale
Keep up-to-date with advancements in machine learning research and cutting-edge techniques
Experience with graph data science and property-graphs is advantageous
Knowledge of IP-based network protocols and architectures is a plus
Experience in a startup environment or a strong entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
