About the Role: We are building advanced AI systems that leverage large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks to deliver real-time, high-accuracy insights. To ensure production-grade reliability and seamless integration with existing platforms, we are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML methods, Python programming, and modern deployment practices. This role bridges cutting-edge model development with robust service and API engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate LLM-based and RAG-powered AI systems
- Implement agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Design and optimize ML models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques
- Build and maintain APIs and services with real-time and streaming capabilities
- Ensure compatibility across hardware/software environments
- Manage integration and release engineering processes, including performance impact assessments
- Deploy models using containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Optimize inference pipelines for scalability and reliability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG architectures
- Proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Strong understanding of NLP and core ML techniques
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
- Solid background in service and API engineering
- Proven track record in model deployment and production integration
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure) and AI/ML services
- Familiarity with vector databases for retrieval tasks
- Knowledge of observability tools for ML systems (logging, tracing, metrics)
