Associate Business Manager/ IT Recruitment in Southern Poland (Expert & Executive Search)

For our Client, an international company located in Wrocław, we are currently looking for Machine Learning Engineer to join the Machine Learning and AI team.

Holding the role of ML Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing comprehensive machine learning and AI initiatives within an international company, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project objectives.
• Creating and implementing advanced machine learning techniques and developing algorithms/models to derive insights from diverse data sources, enhancing business operations throughout the value chain.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of data infrastructure and AI frameworks, aiding in the continuous enhancement of the Data Science & AI division.

To be a successful candidate, you need to have:

• At least 3 years of practical industry experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, MLOps, or data science projects.
• A Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, bioinformatics); a PhD is optional.
• Extensive and current expertise in both supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
• Up-to-date knowledge of large language models (LLMs), Generative AI, and agentic AI, including experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with popular machine learning libraries (e.g., sklearn, PyTorch/Keras/TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.).
• Knowledge of MLOps frameworks, machine learning model deployment formats, and cloud-based ML pipelines.
• Experience with agile software development and professional software development practices, including tools such as MLflow, Git, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
