Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain ML & AI solutions with a focus on robust and scalable product integration for automotive applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
3. Work closely with business units to drive the development of AI-based features across our product portfolio.
4. Clearly communicate complex concepts and models and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
5. Play a key role in redefining the in-cabin experience through innovative ML & AI solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing production-level ML & AI solutions.
2. Proficiency in Python and popular ML & AI frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, etc.).
3. Extensive knowledge in building data preparation and evaluation pipelines (e.g., Airflow, MLflow, Databricks, etc.).
4. Solid understanding of (AWS) cloud computing with Docker.
5. Proficiency in classical software development tools (e.g., Git, SQL, command-line tools, etc.).
6. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

1. Experience in C++, Java, or web development.
2. Experience in the areas of generative AI (in particular large language models).
