The newly opened Warsaw R&D center is hiring top research and engineering talents to join their world-class R&D team and build impactful products together. Responsibilities:

You will be building the leading-edge speech and dialog technologies for popular applications including but not limited to TikTok, TopBuzz, Toutiao, Vigo etc. Your contributions will impact hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

• design and implement high-performance engines for speech recognition, speech synthesis, and dialog systems,
• optimize algorithms for cloud servers, including server CPU and GPU,
• optimize algorithms for power-constrained mobile devices,
• optimize Deep Learning implementations,

Qualifications:

• degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience,
• strong programming skills with C/C++ in Linux systems,
• solid knowledge in algorithm design, computer architectures, and operating systems,
• strong interest in speech technologies and DNN,
• fluency in English,
• experience in assembly instructions level optimization is a plus,
• experience in Kaldi/Tacotron/WaveNet/DSSM etc is a plus,
• Track record in ACM/NOI/IOI/TopCoder is a plus,
