M365 Training Specialist (f/m/x)

• Deliver training sessions for employees on digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and internal systems
• Build and engage user communities within the organization to support adoption of new technologies
• Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, short demo videos, and tips & tricks
• Provide hands-on user support during and after training to help employees apply new skills in daily work
• Gather feedback from users to identify knowledge gaps and improve training content and digital tools
• Promote new digital features and capabilities, keeping employees informed about updates and enhancements
• Inspire a culture of continuous learning and development of digital skills across the organization

At Sii Poland, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Trainer who will support Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives for a leading automotive brand, helping employees confidently and effectively use digital tools, including Microsoft 365 applications and internally developed systems.
