At Sii Poland, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Trainer who will support Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives for a leading automotive brand, helping employees confidently and effectively use digital tools, including Microsoft 365 applications and internally developed systems.

• Proven experience in delivering training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications, such as Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps, as well as internally developed digital tools
• Experience in creating clear and user-friendly training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and short demo videos
• Hands-on experience in providing user support during and after training sessions, helping end users apply new skills in their daily work
• Experience in gathering and analyzing feedback from end users, identifying learning gaps, and proposing improvements to training content and digital tools
• Ability to collaborate closely with Digital Transformation or IT teams to support adoption strategies and ensure consistent communication around new digital capabilities
