For a client in the consulting industry we are looking for a person to fill the position of M365 Infrastructure Analyst.

What we expect

• Minimum 5+ years proven experience in Windows Systems including endpoint management and administration or 3 years with an advanced degre
• 1+ year of recent experience with Intune device management, policy enforcement and controls.
• 1+ year working with scripting languages such as Powershell, Bash, Shell, etc(Powershell highly preferred)
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads, Windows 10/11, and endpoint management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and/or relevant professional experience
• Proven knowledge of standing up Microsoft Cloud PC - Windows 365.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Proficiency with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell.

Your tasks

• Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices and client applications.
• Implement and manage security policies for endpoint devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint-related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint devices with network and server infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training to technology staff and end-users.
• Ensure compliance as per organization policies and procedures
• Manage O365 instance, including update channels, Copilot and feature/quality updates.
