Job Description:
- The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Exchange technologies across both On-Premise and Cloud environments. The engineer will serve as an M365 Subject Matter Expert, responsible for designing, managing, and executing complex Exchange and email migration projects (cloud and on-prem).
- Strong Azure and Entra ID administration capabilities are essential, along with proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, modern email authentication protocols (DKIM, DMARC), and automation through PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with migration tools such as Quest and BitTitan is required.
- Good to have: MS Intune, Mobile Device Management, multi-factor authentication solutions (Duo, Microsoft Authenticator).
- High Level DWI M365 Engineer expertise.
- On-Prem & Cloud Exchange background.
- M365 Subject Matter Expert.
- Experience in complex Exchange / email migrations (Cloud & On-Prem).
- Entra ID administration (advanced level).
- Knowledge of AWS & Google Cloud.
- PowerShell scripting for Exchange.
- Understanding of DKIM & DMARC.
- Migration tools: Quest, BitTitan.
