responsibilities :


  • administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 services
  • managing user accounts, licenses, groups, and permissions
  • configuring and enforcing security and compliance policies
  • monitoring service health, performance, and availability
  • troubleshooting and resolving incidents, service issues, and user requests
  • supporting end-users and guiding Microsoft 365 tools
  • implementing updates, new features, and best practices
  • collaborating with IT and security teams on integration and governance

requirements-expected :


  • English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation and engaging with Microsoft support
  • 3+ years of professional experience administering Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments
  • university degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • proven expertise in managing and configuring Exchange Online
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
