About the project

As a Junior LowCode Configuration Specialist, you will be working for our client, one of the leading innovators in online banking services, on the development and optimization of business process automation. You will support projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency through UniFlow BPMS platform configurations, ensuring seamless integration of print outputs and process workflows. The client is focused on delivering advanced banking solutions, where your contribution will directly impact the performance and digital transformation of key internal services.

Łódź-based with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

Your responsibilities

• Design business processes using BPMN on the UniFlow platform
• Configure and optimize workflows according to system and business requirements
• Develop and adjust print templates using XSLT and XML
• Collaborate with team members across business and IT departments
• Participate in the full SDLC lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Implement UI improvements using HTML and CSS
• Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements
• Ensure system configurations comply with internal standards
• Support testing and debugging of configured workflows
• Document configurations and changes in the system

Our requirements

• Familiarity with at least one programming language
• Knowledge of Ferryt, Camunda, Uniflow or similar platforms
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations
• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS
• Basic understanding of XML and XSLT
• Analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Creative mindset and proactive approach
• Ability to optimize and improve existing processes
• English language skills enabling communication

Optional

• Experience with SQL
• Understanding of UI/UX and Design Thinking
• Familiarity with SCRUM methodology
• Knowledge of SPLUNK, JIRA
• Understanding of banking products (accounts, loans for individuals and businesses)
