Your role in the Teams Success
As a Low-Code/No-Code Developer, youll accelerate digital innovation by rapidly transforming business ideas into functional applications without extensive coding. Youll democratize technology creation across the organization, enabling teams to automate workflows and create client-facing solutions that drive business growth. By bridging technical and business domains, youll reduce development backlogs while ensuring all solutions meet our stringent security and compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
responsibilities :
Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (such as MS Power Platform, or similar tools)
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into functional applications, workflows, and automations
Create intuitive user interfaces, automated workflows, and business process applications
Bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, reducing development backlogs
Ensure all applications meet security standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements
Mentor and guide business users in building their own simple applications using citizen developer principles
Stay current with platform updates and emerging low-code/no-code technologies
Document development processes, application architectures, and integration points
Collaborate with technology teams and AI teams to integrate low-code solutions with existing systems
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience working with low-code/no-code platforms (such as MS Power Platform, MS Power Automate or similar)
Knowledge and practical application of Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodology principles
Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow design
Experience in user interface design with focus on usability and user experience
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional applications
Problem-solving mindset with ability to simplify complex processes
Basic understanding of data structures, APIs, and system integration concepts
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (like JIRA)
Excellent communication skills to interface effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong project management capabilities to manage concurrent application development efforts
Track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
