• We’re building cutting-edge AI solutions for one of our global clients, a world leader in molecular biology and biotechnology, best known for developing innovative technologies in DNA/RNA extraction, sample preparation, and molecular diagnostics. In this hybrid Wrocław-based project, you’ll have the chance to shape low-code GenAI applications that empower scientific and business processes. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to modern cloud-based data and AI solutions, deliver impactful AI/ML projects at scale, and collaborate closely with an experienced team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers.

• Design, fine-tune, and evaluate low-code GenAI solutions tailored to client-specific datasets and business needs
• Craft, test, and optimize prompts to ensure high-quality, context-aware outputs from LLMs
• Integrate GenAI into enterprise low-code platforms (e.g., RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, chatbots, APIs), with a focus on performance and monitoring
• Research and experiment with state-of-the-art LLM architectures and approaches for practical implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and communicate trade-offs effectively

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or data science, with hands-on work in creating and fine-tuning LLMs
• Practical experience with tools for building custom AI models using pre-built solutions
• Solid Python skills (intermediate/regular level) and familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of LLMs, foundation models, and agent-based AI architectures
• Good command of English (B2/C1) and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
