We are currently seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Specialist I to join our team in Poland. As Loss Prevention Specialist I , you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for implementing security measures and conducting thorough investigations to safeguard our organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, analysing security data, and developing proactive strategies to mitigate losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization from theft, fraud, vandalism, and other security threats.
• Monitor and analyze security camera footage and other surveillance methods to identify suspicious activities or individuals.
• Conduct investigations into incidents such as theft, fraud, workplace violence, and employee misconduct, collaborating with law enforcement when necessary.
• Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the organization.
• Implement effective measures to mitigate security risks and losses.
• Provide training to employees on security protocols, emergency procedures, and how to recognize and respond to security threats.
• Implement measures to reduce losses due to theft, fraud, accidents, or other security breaches.
• Conduct audits to assess compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Develop and oversee emergency response plans and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and assets during crises or disasters.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, Safety, IT, and legal, to address security-related issues and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with security service providers, vendors, and external partners to enhance security measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loss prevention or the security industry, with a focus on logistics/e-commerce physical security.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under stress and time pressure.
• Valid driving license.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and engage with others at all levels.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Polish.
• Experience with warehouse or distribution center services.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
