Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervising administrative and operational daily warehouse operations as the major operational interface to the logistics service provider.
• Implementing standards and developing operational processes on the shop floor.
• Supporting the operations organization (e.g., maintaining logistics master data).
• Initiating and implementing continuous improvement measures.
• Providing and maintaining all regular reports and key performance indicators (shop floor management) and implementing measures with the logistics service provider.

Your Qualifications

• Completed bachelors degree or higher with demonstrated experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level).
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level).Knowledge of German is a plus.
• A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset.
