Duties:
Manage supply chain tasks in the aerospace industry, including PR analysis, PO management, quote creation, export control, material sales, substitutions, return orders, delivery scheduling, missing parts, and dispute resolution.
Collaborate closely with Front Office and focal points for clarifications and updates.
Optimize stock levels using SAP.
Document processes and best practices to ensure consistency.
Participate in team and client meetings.
Maintain daily communication with suppliers and clients.
Achieve business goals and meet SLAs.
Ensure efficient processes and high-quality outcomes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
Experience in customer-facing roles or negotiations
Willingness to engage with clients (via phone/email) and a proactive approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others
Capability to handle multiple tasks and manage ad-hoc assignments
Additional experience or educational background in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus
Language proficiency: Spanish - C1, English - minimum B2
SAP knowledge is a nice-to-have
