Duties:

• Manage supply chain tasks in the aerospace industry, including PR analysis, PO management, quote creation, export control, material sales, substitutions, return orders, delivery scheduling, missing parts, and dispute resolution.

• Collaborate closely with Front Office and focal points for clarifications and updates.

• Optimize stock levels using SAP.

• Document processes and best practices to ensure consistency.

• Participate in team and client meetings.

• Maintain daily communication with suppliers and clients.

• Achieve business goals and meet SLAs.

• Ensure efficient processes and high-quality outcomes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing roles or negotiations

• Willingness to engage with clients (via phone/email) and a proactive approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and manage ad-hoc assignments

• Additional experience or educational background in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus

• Language proficiency: Spanish - C1, English - minimum B2

• SAP knowledge is a nice-to-have
