Logistics Specialist with French

Daily tasks:

• Be available for customers by phone/mail/chat
• Order management: registration, requirement and feasibility checks, communication to customers
• Open order management: link with internal departments as QA, Supply Chain, Product Management and Manufacturing to fulfill customer requirements
• Proactive communication with customers on any changes for order fulfillment
• Receive and process complaints
• Support activities and campaigns
• Provide customers with information regarding products, services, prices and delivery times
• Handle reservations and contracts
• Responsibility for invoicing activities
• Order & shipment tracking

Requirements:

• Very good English and French (min. B2)
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Experience on similar position will be huge advantage
• Must be customer-focused
• Possesses organization and time management skills
• Practices attentive and active listening
