How You Will Contribute

• Analyze and verify capacity utilization and manage peak periods effectively.
• Collaborate with transportation providers and the MDLZ Load Control Centre (LCC) to ensure punctual and efficient inbound and outbound delivery to MDLZ customers. Monitor transportation activities.
• Own Track and Trace / Hold Release processes and ensure adherence to quality and safety guidelines. Oversee shelf‑life monitoring and management.
• Drive digitization, automation and process improvement. Support local and regional projects and continuously seek opportunities to enhance productivity. Initiate and deliver continuous‑improvement projects.
• Monitor KPIs and apply data‑driven corrective actions.
• Build and provide full‑cost analysis (yearly budget), identify risks and opportunities, and manage the accrual process and invoicing correctness.

What You Will Bring

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply‑chain functions is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially advanced Excel.
• Analytical thinking and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
