About The Position



The Logistics Specialist (Junior) is responsible for logistics operations across its geography, ensuring service to factories, warehouses, 3PM, and cost, as well as defining & implementing improvement projects.



Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Daily transport planning in TMS and order processing.
2. Shipments follow-up and monitoring communication to SC stakeholders when required.
3. Daily coordination with factories, warehouses, suppliers, and carriers.
4. Support factories and countries customer service with special/express shipments and late notice requests/changes.
5. Spot market shipment carrier scouting and cost negotiation.
6. Truck fill and km improvement through orders combination monitoring performance (Cost, Truck fill rate, and Demurrages).
7. Carriers claims validation and initiating and following through re-tendering and carrier performance management.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?



It would be good if you have:

1. A university degree (Engineering or Economics degree, ideally with a Logistics or Supply Chain element).
2. Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience in FMCG or other relevant industry - nice to have.

To be successful, you need to:

1. Build professional but also positive relationships with our internal and external clients.
2. Have attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure, and a can-do attitude.
3. Have very good English skills.
