At Huntsman, we are seeking a Logistics Specialist to serve as the focal point and business liaison for service providers and our purchasing department. This critical role ensures adherence to SOX guidelines, efficient cost management, and supports supply chain projects within the HPP business unit.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can independently manage financial processes and collaborate effectively across teams.

Role Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main contact between HPP and service providers, and the Huntsman purchasing department.
• Verifying and controlling costs to ensure compliance with SOX guidelines.
• Coordinating and organizing the creation of annual purchase orders in collaboration with the purchasing department.
• Processing service-related invoices, credit notes, and costs in the SAP system.
• Following up and assisting with the payment process.
• Providing monthly accruals to the finance department.
• Supporting and assisting the HPP business during supply chain-related projects.
• Reporting extra costs to the business and advising on and submitting claims to recover these charges from customers.

Experience and Competencies:

We are looking for experienced candidates with a structured and service-minded approach who continuously challenge the status quo and strive to implement improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance or 3-5 years of experience in these areas.
• Basic proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
