Logistics Specialist – Align Technology

Main responsibility is to manage activities in the area of logistics issue management relating to finished goods imports and distribution within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Support external and internal logistics partners and resolve any shipping / fulfillment / customs-related issues.
• Support logistics topics relating to 3PL EMEA warehouse, including shipments of fulfillment and marketing materials to EMEA customers.
• Proactively communicate all shipment issues to owners and intended recipients.
• Reply to all e‑mails involving fulfillment (specifically assigned) and provide resolution of the problems.
• Take emergency measures in cases of problems with carrier and doctor’s material needs.
• Provide assistance and advice to Customer Support, Marketing, and Finance related to any logistics topic.
• Own the SLA for the Salesforce logistics ticketing queue.
• Represent logistics during audits and inter‑departmental projects.
• Prepare and distribute logistics reporting.
• Utilize various analytical tools (Power BI, Intelligent Logistics, other) to perform logistics data analysis, interpret results, and present findings to develop business cases.
• Identify market trends to highlight potential impacts on Align’s supply chain, enabling the business to adapt proactively to a rapidly changing environment.
• Vendor management, including vendor performance monitoring and issue management.

Academic Background

• BA degree in a supply‑chain related field.

Required Experience

• 2 to 5 years of related experience in logistics (preferred) or a supply‑chain related role.

Languages

• Advanced business English (C1) – this role is 90% English based.
• Another European language is a plus.
