For more information about Solenis, please visit Full-time job opportunity Location: Warsaw (hybrid)**Introduction:** As a Logistics Specialist in a chemical manufacturing company, your primary responsibility would be to ensure efficient and compliant execution of logistics operations within external warehouse**What would you be responsible for:****Inbound Logistics Operations*** Coordinate and monitor the receipt of materials from external and internal sources* Process inbound deliveries in SAP and ensuring accurate goods receipt postings.* Communicate with internal and external partners to resolve discrepancies or delays**Outbound Logistics Operations*** Manage order fulfillment and shipping activities to internal and external destinations for finished products* Oversee transportation planning and scheduling* Ensure timely dispatch and delivery confirmations through SAP and EDI channels**Stock and Inventory Management*** Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring and reconciling stock movements in SAP* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between physical and system inventory* Support regular stock counts and cycle counting activities**Systems integration*** Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related errors or failed transmissions in collaboration with IT and service providers**Cross-functional Collaboration*** Work closely with internal departments: Planning, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, EHS and other**What we are looking for:*** Experience in supply chain, preferably warehouse logistics (nice to have)* Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) and a good understanding of warehouse operations.* Self-driven and able to work independently but also knowing when to escalate issues.* Strong analytical skills – ability to quickly understand and solve complex problems* Proficiency in English is must; additional European languages are a plus* Based in Warsaw## **What we offer*** ## A supportive environment where you can learn from experienced colleagues* Hybrid working schedule (our Warsaw office has WELL Platinum Certification )* Private medical care (Lux-MED)* Life and travel insurance* Employee retirement plan (PPE) after trial period* Sports card (Multisport) – partially employer-funded* Employee Assistance Program for you and your family* Company Social Fund (holiday co-financing, vouchers, and more)* Career growth opportunities in a global company## **How to apply***All candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.**At Solenis, we believe people are our greatest asset.
