Your responsibilities

• Preparing export and import paperwork (customs invoices, AWB, HAWB),
• Completing temperature-controlled shipments in line with SOP,
• Monitoring and tracking shipments’ statuses & react accordingly,
• Communicating with customers as well as with airlines, handling agents, customs brokers and other logistic service providers,
• Daily communication with OPS team about production steps,
• Presenting a continuous improvement mindset and looking for process improvements,
• CAPA management - issuing CAPA for all incidents, with or without consequence, follow up and record,
• Managing cold-chain rooms inventories on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

Our requirements

• 1+ year in freight-forwarding/logistics, preferred pharma/DG/temperature-controlled experience,
• Strong knowledge of airfreight operations (handling, freight forwarding, customs clearance, communications with airlines etc.),
• Polish (native),
• English (fluent),
• Optional - IATA DGR certificate.
