WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Handling and coordinating of incoming transports, customs clearances, documentation and quantities receipts to the main or additional warehouses
• Support for the day-to-day warehouse operations including preparation & execution of weekly unloading delivery plans
• Daily main KPIs follow-up. Implement preventive action in case of any business risk

WHAT YOU BRING IN

• +1 year experience in a similar role ideally under Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics departments
• Knowledge of incoterms
• Knowledge of customs and warehousing process documentation is nice to have
• University degree, preferably in the area of Logistics, Supply Chain, Economy, Engineering or IT
• Intermediate knowledge and working experience on Microsoft 365 modules (Excel), MS Access skills would be a huge asset
• Very good level of English
