Responsibilities

• Responsible for logistics operations – daily managing transport planning
• Coordination of the information flow between Distribution Centre, order requestor and transport service provider
• Monitoring carriers performance management and taking appropriate action if necessary
• Supporting the billing process by ensuring the data correctness and checking the carriers transportation rates
• Analysing and verification of the logistics costs
• Proof of delivery management
• Providing support in reporting area if necessary
• Carriers billing file verification
• Data preparation for the final billing

Minimum Requirements

• University degree (minimum Bachelor) / logistics can be an advantage.
• Intermediate in spoken and written English
• Customer Service-related experience
• Good interpersonal skills: communication, influencing.
• Strong analytical skills required
• Creativity, passion and engagement
• Team-working oriented
• Energetic and pressure resistance
• Advanced MS Excel
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
