This position will report to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operations and participate in the responsibilities to support, maintain, and improve the Supply chain process for MULTI PARTS and related companies.
Primary Duties- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to the customers.
- Maintain and control delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and report on shipment status and delivery performance and reflect updated data in the system.
- Monitor and regularly check the Supplier`s performance and inform the relevant department in case of any issues.
- Communication with internal team members (Logistics Department in China, USA) to ensure that all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Program Management, Customer Care, to meet customer needs and optimize logistics processes.
- Preparation of shipment status reports for customers.
- 1-3 years experience working as a Logistics planner
- A relevant degree or qualification in Supply Chain & Logistics is preferred
- In-depth supply chain understanding.
- High level proficiency in using Excel to transform and model data.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear process documents, reports, analysis, and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Good spoken and written English (min B2)
