What youll be doing
As Logistics Procurement Senior Specialist you’ll play a key role in shaping Avon’s logistics procurement strategy across Europe, especially in the area of last mile transport and distribution. This includes managing supplier relationships, driving sourcing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational growth. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our logistics services are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with Avon’s sustainability goals.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies for last mile and distribution services
- Managing supplier performance and building long-term partnerships
- Leading contract negotiations, tenders, and benchmarking activities
- Driving savings and cash flow improvements through strategic initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with legal and internal procurement standards
- Supporting sustainability and responsible procurement practices
- Collaborating with operations and other departments on strategic projects
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in logistics or operations
- Experience in international or complex environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance or Supply Chain)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain dynamics
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
