Requirements

• minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• solid knowledge of the courier industry and operational processes
• experience in the IT industry
• practical knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• excellent organizational skills, for own work and for the project team
• proven track record in improving business processes and gathering business requirements
• meticulous and accurate in documenting requirements
• strong analytical skills with experience in business or system analysis (e.g., business process modeling, requirements analysis, and specification of functional and non‑functional requirements)
• experience in developing models using BPMN notation (added advantage)
• highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• energetic and determined to achieve set goals
• proficient in English (at least B2 level) and Polish (at least C1 level)
• proficient in Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Preparing comprehensive business and system analyses for strategic organizational projects
• Supporting business stakeholders in defining the scope and direction of strategic initiatives
• Providing expert consulting on logistics processes, with a particular focus on new and existing carrier integrations
• Formulating process recommendations for planned changes in logistics systems and leading related consultations
• Analyzing current logistics processes within systems to identify areas for improvement
• Initiating process improvements and technological changes, coordinating with other teams for implementation
• Designing and maintaining business process standards, including creating detailed process diagrams
• Developing strategic action plans to improve overall process efficiency
• Working closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, external carriers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting testing on development, test, and production environments by providing business process consultation
