What we expect

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in Logistics in Planning land (Truck and rail) and Sea transportation
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams within an international environment
• Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2/C1 level), both written and spoken
• Completed higher education degree (Bachelors or Masters degree)
• Proactive approach, solution-oriented mindset, and a strong ability to work under pressure
• Proven experience with OTM/MoveIt is a strong asset

Your tasks

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategic objectives
• Lead and develop the logistic team and assure its effective performance
• Agree logistics schedules with internal teams and customers and steer logistic capacity
• Liaise between team members and Managers in daily operations
• Develop excellent working relationships and networks with Supply Teams, Order Management, Sales, Logistics Network and Sourcing
• Provide support in developing and implementing new business processesand work on projects supporting future supply activities
• Pro-actively work on deviation and exception reporting
