As a Logistics Planning Analyst, you’ll be part of an energetic team responsible for optimizing logistics processes and ensuring their highest efficiency. If you value collaboration, precision, and having a real impact on company operations — this role is for you!
Your job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Finished goods demand analysis, planning, forecasting
- Generating shipping plans based on finished products demand and availability, supporting the production planning process
- Monitoring demand changes and collaborating with customers
- Supervising the shipping performance – leading supply chain KPI
- Finished goods inventory management according to the inventory strategy
- Contacting the customs agency regarding customs clearance of shipments to the UK/PL
- Ongoing communication with transport teams
- Reporting results to the manager (outbound transportation)
- Supporting the S&OP process
- Collecting all required documents for customs clearance, delivering, and translating the contents of imported/exported goods
- Cooperating with other departments (e.g., Production, to obtain feedback on the proposed production/shipping plan)
- Correctly documenting shipments in the SAP system
- Monitoring and approving transport invoices
- Returnable packaging management
- FIFO process creating and adherence
You will have:
- Higher education (preferred: logistics, transportation)
- Production and logistics processes knowledge
- SAP knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Lean and 6Sigma tools
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written, is essential
- Analytical thinking, great communication skills, commitment, independence
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Experience in managing shipping plans, knowledge of customs clearance procedures
