Recruitment for

Our Client is a British online platform with wide portfolio of international designer clothing brands. The Company has recently established its business also in Poland, with warehouse (and 3PL provider) located near Gorzów Wielkopolski (Lubusz voivodeship).

Your responsibilities

Being a link between the British HQ and Polish site, as the 1st person employed in the warehouse
Manage and control performance, cost and capacity of 3PL provider & Carriers through robust reporting & stakeholder management
Managing 3rd party logistics provider ensuring smooth running of the BMG operation (Inbound & Outbound),
Managing KPI & SLA for all activities within Warehouse
Create and implement best business practices and SOPs for Warehouse, Carriers, Inventory, Consumables and Customer
Develop Customer Onboarding process for Warehouse by providing CTS & SLAs
Develop Backlog process for continuous improvement projects
Create Inventory measurement tools ensuring accuracy and legality
Create & communicate performance & issues on weekly basis
Run Daily Stand-Up with 3PL along with Mystery Checks across all task & activities
Manage stakeholders via weekly & monthly performance reviews
First Line Checking of Invoices for all services

Employer requirements

Minimum of 5-year experience in logistics roles gained in a 3PL company (preferably in fashion industry)
Very good command of English
Excellent project management & record-keeping skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to communicate with persons at all levels
Excellent computer literacy with adequate knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Knowledgeable logistics software
Ability to work in different environments
