We are currently looking for a Logistics Manager who will play a key role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely transportation and warehousing processes within our growing organization.

You will work closely with Production, Quality, R&D, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure alignment of plans and operational priorities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensuring production flow through accurate demand forecasting, timely production planning, and securing the availability of both components and finished goods
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across planning, procurement, logistics, and production execution, and taking corrective actions in case of deviations
• Developing and implementing strategies for the entire supply chain aimed at inventory optimization, risk mitigation, and improved delivery reliability.
• Participating in strategic negotiations with key suppliers and making procurement decisions at the operational and tactical levels.
• Risk management in the supply chain and preparing/implementing contingency plans in the event of supply, production, or logistics disruptions

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Managing a Team responsible for the entire supply chain, including material planners, production planners, purchasing specialists, and logistics coordinators
• Monitoring Team performance, setting goals and supporting development plans in line with organizational needs
• 3+ direct reports
• Has formal supervisory responsibilities; sets priorities for and coaches associates to meet deadlines
• Has performance management and people development responsibility for associates under their care

Requirements And Preferred Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Logistics Manager, or a similar position
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (both spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with SAP, Comarch, or other ERP systems
