Job Title: Logistics Manager
Contract Duration: 12 Months
An excellent opportunity for Logistics and Tax Manager to work on a major offshore project.
Role Objective
Lead the planning, implementation, and documentation of offshore substation installation and commissioning, ensuring effective team collaboration, logistics management, and contractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop import/export procedures, shipping guidelines, and packing lists.
- Manage vendor onboarding and procurement processes.
- Plan and coordinate offshore logistics for personnel and materials.
- Oversee defect management and spare parts delivery.
- Schedule and lead system trainings with stakeholders.
- Manage RAMS reviews and maintenance of electrical/electromechanical systems.
- Support operational handover with proper documentation.

- Serialized Equipment Register & Procurement Tracking
- System Training Schedule & Updated Maintenance Plan

Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. or vocational qualification in electrical, marine, or engineering fields.
- Experience with offshore logistics and substation installation.
- Knowledge of low/high voltage systems, electromechanical systems, and commissioning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and procurement skills.
